We regularly monitor and report on our progress towards reaching the outcomes in our business plan. We are accountable for our performance and use of resources to the UK and Scottish Parliaments and the Welsh and Northern Ireland Assemblies.
Success measures are set through agreement between our Joint Committee and the Ministers of the UK and devolved governments and we report against these in our Annual Report and Accounts at year end.
Throughout the year, our leadership team provides the Company Board, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and the devolved administrations, with quarterly reports against our success measures. We also provide a quarterly report on our financial position.
